Yet, in the entire course of Human History we've explored only as far as the first rock.

It's not like us to be satisfied with so little knowing.

The urge to go so we can know is still there.

It just seems that we've hit some impassable obstacle, and the urge is waning in the face of so much ignorance and misinformation.

We're in this situation because we've been going about the task all wrong

To begin with, rockets are weapons...adapted because they were available.

Their only value is lifting a payload, mounted on a totally non-aerodynamic cylinder, upward through our atmosphere, achieving so-called 'Escape Velocity'.

Escape Velocity is only necessary because the rocket is inherently limited.

Fire an arrow straight up. It runs out of oomph, flips, heavy end downward, and screams into the ground.

Rockets are exactly the same thing.

Gaia Two will Fall into Space.

Escape Velocity be damned...prevailing wisdom is just that...it's time for different wisdom to prevail.

Things will change rapidly when that begins to happen.
